Does helgen ever get rebuilt Skyrim?
It gives the Dragonborn a chance to rebuild Helgen and foil a Thalmor plot. Much like Kvatch Rebuilt, it adds a new questline that can be walked through while Helgen is being rebuilt….

Can you save helgen?
It is possible to escape Helgen without passing through Helgen Keep during the beginning of the game by jumping on the ledge of the tower where the Stormcloaks are and slowly scaling the ledge until it is possible to jump over the walls of the town.

What will happen is you will exit the cave and see Alduin flying off in the distance, but you will be alone. However, Unbound will still complete, and you’ll receive Before the Storm, which will still have the same quest text and dialogue options as if you had spoken to your companion after escaping Helgen.

It doesn’t matter or have any late game choices other than that you sent one or the other to Valhalla escaping Helgen. The only difference is the rewards with armor or weapons early on escaping from Helgen, but that means nothing as you will find far better armors and weapons within your first few hours of gameplay.
What happens if you go with Ralof but join the Imperials?
I can also confirm that if you leave with Ralof, but then join the imperials, you will see Hadvar again.
Can you get married in Daggerfall?
Players will go on quests to build their relationships with their interests, and when the time comes, will be prompted to be married. Spouses will write players letters when the player is away, and will work on their own quests/jobs when left alone.
Can you free Valerica after killing Harkon?
Yes. Valerica will be in her study if you leave the castle for a few days. All you need to do is walk up to the entrance of the castle and she’ll be outside using the Alchemy lab, talk to her after killing Harkon and the last chat option will be to tell her he died.
How do you turn serana human?
You can bring Serana to Falion, who resides in Morthal, and he can cure her of her vampirism by performing a ritual; you can also do this for your character if you wish to cure your own vampirism.
