Aigle Swipol maintains, protects and preserves the suppleness of your rubber boots. Simply rinse your wellies in clear water to clean off any loose dirt, allow to air dry naturally and then and apply Swipol. Polish with a dry, soft cloth to leave boots looking as good as new.

A little bit of love – Just like your skin if you don’t look after it, your boots can get dry and cracked. You can prevent this with a silicone spray which will nourish the rubber and provide a protective coating to repel water, mud and everything else you throw at your boots.

The aigle boots are considerably lighter at just under 500g each, compared to 850g for my hunters, they are also noticably wider in the toebox and the construction is very flexible. The sole is thinner and flatter than standard wellies, and though not truly barefoot, they come close enough.
