What is FuturePay Worldpay?
Futurepay Payments via Worldpay is a Recurring Payment online agreement and arranged online, similar to Standing Orders and Direct Debits, but funds can be debited from your debit or credit card.
What is a FuturePay agreement?
A Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreement is automatically set up when you choose a product or service that is paid for by recurring payment (FuturePay) from an online store. From the online store’s website you can view the agreed payment schedule before entering your payment details to set up the agreement.
Why is Worldpay declining my card?
Possible reasons for a refusal include an exceeded credit limit, an incorrect expiry date or insufficient balance. Note that Worldpay are not always informed of the refusal reason by the relevant financial institution.

Can I set up a new agreement with Worldpay?
Unfortunately Worldpay cannot set up a new agreement for you. Storing Your Details Worldpay must store the details of each transaction made via our customers for three years, for audit purposes. Your details are held in a secure environment and cannot be accessed by anyone but you (via your Shopper Management System login).
How do I make a futurepay payment?
Details of your FuturePay agreement will then be displayed on the payment page. FuturePay payments can only be made through participating merchants. You must fill in a section of the merchant’s payment pages, which you can also do whilst making a standard payment.
