How do I check my Iceland Bonus Card balance?
Check your balance at any time:
- On the bottom of your till receipt, by asking a cashier in store.
- By logging in online, going to ‘My Account’ and clicking ‘Bonus Card.
- Or even easier – download the Iceland Bonus Card app to have your balance always with you and a quick and easy way to add savings.
How do I change my Iceland Bonus Card?
If you have lost your Bonus Card or if you have had it stolen you will need to call our Customer Service Team on 0800 328 0800 as soon as possible so we can disable your card. We will send you a new card and key fob with a new number. Until we know it has been lost, we cannot put a block on anyone else using it.
Do I have to register my Iceland Bonus Card?
You will need to register your card online to activate the features and benefits, including being able to add Savings. To have a Bonus Card you need to supply us with your email address and home address. Registrations will usually be complete within 48 hours.

How do I use my Iceland eGift card online?
You will need the barcode to use the eGift card to pay at the supermarket. Take the eGift card (online voucher) into the shop and show it at the till to pay. You can show the eGift card on your mobile phone screen or print it out.
