If you’re able to watch TV without craning your neck, holding on to the sides of the treadmill, or skimping on intervals, then you’re probably OK running while watching. But otherwise, you’re better off turning off the tube.

The entire NordicTrack iFit series is absolute garbage without internet and their subscription. I bought the 2450 commercial with the promise that there were some local maps. The idea is you could probably just use this thing even after i fit subscription expires.
