Wessanen UK’s Dorset
Every Clipper heat-seal tea bag now produced in Wessanen UK’s Dorset-based tea factory is made from a natural plant-based material; a blend of abaca (a species of banana), plant cellulose fibres and PLA – a bio-polymer derived from non-GM plant material that helps hold the paper together.
Is Clipper Tea pesticide free?
Our Commitment to Organic Guided by our organic principles, we are committed to being GM-free and will only use ingredients from non-GM sources. We actively discourage the use of chemicals such as pesticides amongst our growers, which we believe gives us better tea that’s better for the environment.
