Can I ride my own hardtail in the park? Yes you can, but be careful, most accidents happen on hardtails as they are less forgiving.

Parking is free and you’ll need to sign-in at the reception. Opening times: 9am-6pm in summer, 9am-5pm in winter. Uplift hours: 9:30am-4:30pm in summer, 9:30am-4:00pm in winter. The on-site café is open seven days a week.
Can you wear jeans mountain biking?
Sure, you can wear anything you want when you’re riding your mountain bike – there are even riders who have made a name for themselves by wearing denim on the world cup downhill circuit – but being prepared with the proper kit will go a long way to keeping you safe, comfortable, and happy.
Do you have to wear a full face helmet at BikePark Wales?
You must ALWAYS wear a helmet. We also strongly advise you wear a full face helmet, eye protection, gloves and body armour. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A HELMET YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIDE IN THE PARK OR USE THE UPLIFT SERVICE. Read and adhere to all advice signs while using the trails.
