The 15K course clocks a whopping 9+ miles of running and 30 of our world-famous obstacles. In addition to 5 new obstacles for 2022, the 15k is reserved for some of the legendary signature obstacles: Funky Monkey, Cage Crawl and Electric Eel will only be found on the 15K.

Tough Mudder is designed for you to reach deep into yourself, but absolutely never to a point where you are meant to feel ashamed or punished for not doing something.
How many calories does a Tough Mudder burn?
The number of calories you’ll burn is dependent on several factors, including but not limited to age, sex, height, weight, and physical condition. But a reasonable estimate for the event itself is around 3000 calories (not to mention all the calories you’ll burn in preparation for the big weekend).
How do I train for my first Tough Mudder?
