I woke up to a deer and two fawns grazing outside my window….I sat and watched them for like forever…staying at Watoga State Park is a MUST. There is so much to do and see.

Is it possible to stay overnight at Watoga?
YES! There is limit of two dogs per cabin, and a $20/day fee. While I have not stayed overnight at Watoga, I have hiked there and made a point of looking at the cabins. Compared to accommodations in other parks where I have stayed, they look very nice and well-maintained. I believe they’re available year-round.
