Finally, on the 5th of November 2018, the Test Drive Unlimited 2 servers had fully shut down. People can still play the singleplayer game, all of the online features including the casino were gone.

To do so you either: a) disconnect your internet before starting the launcher (then you go “Cancel”, “Play”, “Yes”, reconnect your internet). Steam will track your achievements nonetheless. b) use Universal Launcher[tdu2.knyazev-tools.ru] and check “offline mode” checkbox before starting the game.
