The entrance to the Black Temple does not appear to be its main gates, but rather an instance portal set in a breach in the southern battlement, below the ruins of Karabor. It no longer has a required attunement.

This fight is pretty simple and does not have too much going on. Three tanks are required in order to split the damage from Saber Lash to make sure it does not one-shot a single or double tank setup. There are various beam attacks that target a random non-tank player and then arc to nearby players.
