What are CASTs PSO2?
In Phantasy Star Online 2, CASTs are one of the four races available for player creation. As with the Newman and Deuman races, they were created from Humans, designed to control aptitude with Photons.
What is the PSO2 story about?
The plot of PSO2 concerns an intergalactic colony fleet called Oracle that travels through deep-space in search of habitable planets. The odyssey is primarily handled by a large explorer organization called ARKS (not to be confused with Arkz from the previous game).
Does race matter in PSO2 new Genesis?
All this being said, don’t give too much stock to the race you pick if you plan on investing much time in PSO2. Is PSO2 coming to PS5?
Japan is getting the game on those consoles, as well as the Nintendo Switch if you can believe that, but as of this writing, there is no Western release for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis on PS4 or PS5, which is a shame.

It’s about 10 minutes + mission time long, I guess, if you just skip the cutscenes. If you don’t skip the cutscenes, it’s a couple hours long, I guess.
