FollowMyHealth is an online tool that gives you anywhere, anytime access to your personal health records. This allows you to take a proactive role in managing your care. Many healthcare providers and physicians use FollowMyHealth as their main engagement platform.

How do I get FollowMyHealth?

Step 1: Go to https://www.followmyhealth.com (link will open in a new tab or window). Step 2: Click the “I need to sign up” button (circled in red in the image below). Step 3: Fill in the appropriate information seen in the next image below. Then select “Confirm and Continue” at the bottom of the page.

Does FollowMyHealth have a website?

MAHEC Family Health Centers provide patient-centered care at six locations across Buncombe county. We also train family medicine residents at the Hendersonville Family Health Center.

Does MAHEC offer testing by appointment only?

MAHEC’s Acute Care Clinic offers testing by appointment only, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm and Saturday 8am-noon. You do not need a physician referral and you do not need to be symptomatic to receive a test. Most insurance companies cover the cost and MAHEC has options to help uninsured patients cover the cost.
