PASC-SEIU Homecare Workers Healthcare Plan This Plan provides healthcare coverage for over 50,000 LA County IHSS workers who do not have health insurance. Created by PASC and SEIU 2015, the Plan is administered by PASC. Services are managed by the L.A. Care Health Plan, which is an HMO.
