Strive is Stryker’s wellbeing program. This confidential program helps you learn about, create, implement and sustain healthy habits. All full time and regular part time employees and their spouse/domestic partner are eligible to participate in the program and earn incentives.

Does Stryker offer paternity leave?
We are proud to offer parental leave to all U.S. employees as part of our commitment to your overall wellbeing. When your leave is approved, parental leave will be paid at 100% of pay. This leave can be taken in two week increments within the first year after the date of birth or placement of adoption.

The tuition reimbursement plan helps you pay for an undergraduate or graduate degree program that’s relevant to your present job or helps qualify you for future opportunities at Stryker. All regular, full-time employees* in good standing are eligible to participate.
