Mallory Square and Pier B are right where you want to be. When on Enchantment we were right at Mallory Square and within easy walking distance to the main shopping/tourist area. Very easy to get of the ship and get around Key West. I’ve seen a ship docked at Mallory Square. It’s a great location since it’s right on top of the action.
