What is Pedvax Hib?
Liquid PedvaxHIB is indicated for routine vaccination against invasive disease caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b in infants and children 2 to 71 months of age.

Is ActHIB and hiberix interchangeable?
Can all of the licensed Hib-containing vaccines be used interchangeably? Yes. If either ActHIB, Vaxelis, Pentacel, or Hiberix is used for a routine primary series dose, a complete routine primary series consists of three doses.

Is Hib 3 or 4 doses?
CDC recommends a booster dose of any licensed conjugate Hib vaccine at age 12 through 15 months. Administer the booster dose at least 8 weeks after the most recent Hib vaccination. The booster dose will be dose 3 or 4 depending on vaccine type used in the primary series.
