How does fcdo charge my subscription?

We charge monthly subscriptions on a sliding scale, based on your salary and your grade. We collect subscriptions one month in arrears. FCDO staff pay according to their salary (including HEO and SEO grades). Apprentice Economists receive their first six months free, then pay according to the Keystone rate.
